Lynn’s Jeff Hill Earns Another Weekly Honor – for Endicott Men’s Basketball
BEVERLY – Endicott men’s basketball freshman guard Jeff Hill (Lynn) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Week for his performance during the Gulls’ recent playoff run (February 21-23).
Hill had double-digit scoring games in both playoff contests for Endicott, starting with 11 points in the CCC Quarterfinals against No. 6 seed Roger Williams.
He followed that up with 20 points in the semifinals against No. 2 seed Western New England.
In addition to his scoring output, Hill also grabbed six rebounds and dished out three assists during his tournament run.
This is Hill’s seventh career CCC Rookie of the Week award.
YEAR IN REVIEW Endicott posted a 17-10 overall record and a 12-6 mark in league play. The Gulls advanced to the CCC Semifinals, eventually falling to tournament runner-up Western New England, 79-71.
