BOXFORD (Podcast) The Masconomet girls basketball team (13-4 / 12-1), winners of nine straight games has had a big week. The Lady Chieftains captured a Northeastern Conference Title earlier this week and last night closed out the league season with a 51-48 win over Saugus (13-4) on senior night. Masco was led by a 16-point performance by Angie Laliko while the game’s top scorer was Ashleen Escobar’s 19-points for Saugus.
