MARBLEHEAD (Podcast – Links) Marblehead town meeting begins May 1, the town-wide election is scheduled for June 20th. Town Administrator Thatcher Kezer updates listeners on the town’s plans to bring forward a Proposition 2 1/2 override to town meeting and then to the voters in June. Kezer also previews several of the key articles on this year’s town meeting warrant. Kezer explains the budget analysis done by the town and details Marblehead’s current budget issues as well as hopefully providing the town with a plan to resolve these budget concerns in future years.
