NORTH SHORE (Podcast) James O’Shea is seeking the Democratic nomination for Essex County District
Attorney. The Massachusetts Primary election is Tuesday September 6th. There is no Republican Party candidate running so the winner of the primary would become the next district attorney. In a podcast interview O’Shea shares his views and insights to questions prepared by MSONEWSPORTS for the candidates in this race.
O’Shea has been a practicing attorney for the past 25 years and has handled thousands of criminal cases. In 2010, James and Attorney Halim Moris formed the law practice of Moris & O’Shea, LLC which specializes in criminal defense and immigration law. James was born and raised in Lynn where he attended public school prior to entering St John’s Prep. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Providence College and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School.
