As the local fall sports season approaches, we are reposting Coaches’ Profiles  with north shore football coaches. In these interviews the coaches share memories from the days as players and reflect on the events and people that have shaped them as coaches. These interviews were conducted in August, many of them prior to the first day of practices (8/18).

BEVERLY (Podcast – Videos) The Endicott College football players reported for their fall 2023 workouts this week and their season opens at home on Saturday 9/2 vs. St. Lawrence. This summer our website has presented a series of feature interiews with north shore football coaches. Endicott’s Paul McGonagle shares his background as high school player and then playing college football at Kentucky. In this podcast McGonagle discusses the big football games that he experienced as a player and the influential events that have impacted his approach to coaching. Last year Endicott completed an undefeated regular season and qualified for the NCAA Tournament.
