Manchester-by-the-Sea – At 11:28 PM, Monday, North Shore Regional 911 alerted Manchester Fire and Police of an individual stuck in the mud near Masconomo Park.
Engine 1 and Ambulance 1 responded and successfully extricated the individual. Crews worked quickly and safely, clearing the scene just 20 minutes later.
