PEABODY – Wes DOUGHTY, wanted in connected with a double murder in Peabody last week, is en route back to Massachusetts. He is expected to be arraigned in Peabody District Court tomorrow (Tuesday, February 28) on two counts of first-degree murder.
The Essex D.A.’s spokesperson, Carrie Kimball Monahan, has been advised that DOUGHTY signed a waiver of rendition in South Carolina on Friday.
