MASS AUDUBON’S IPSWICH RIVER WILDLIFE SANCTUARY IN TOPSFIELD FAMILY & CHILDREN’S PROGRAMS FOR APRIL

IT’S BIG NIGHT! Friday, April 8; groups go out every 10 minutes from 6:00-6:50 p.m.

For families with children 4 years and older. Learn about the creatures of vernal pools in this program that recreates the magic of “Big Night”, the first warm rainy night of spring, when wood frogs and mole salamanders begin a mass migration to vernal pools where they breed. Take a one-hour guided walk along our Vernal Pool Trail, where you will meet some interesting characters who will share facts and stories about themselves and vernal pools. Endicott College BASEBALL

Endicott went 2-1 overall on the week, which included a 4-3 walk-off victory over No. 14/15 nationally ranked Southern Maine.

NEED TO KNOW: The Gulls are 2-0 against nationally ranked opponents this season… earlier this spring, Endicott defeated the reigning NCAA Division III national champions and No. 1 nationally ranked team in Cortland State by an 8-3 score on March 15.E

Endicott cruised to a 19-5 win over Gordon earlier this week to move to 2-0 in in conference play.

NEED TO KNOW: Colin Bannon (Westport, Conn.) registered eight points to surpass the 200-career point mark… Bannon now ranks tenth all-time in program history with 201 career points
