Newburyport:Â COVID-19 VACCINE CLINIC – THURSDAY, JULY 14TH – AGES 3+
On Thursday, July 14th, the Newburyport Health Department will be running a COVID vaccine clinic offering first, second, and booster shots for ages 3 and up from 2pm – 4pm at the Senior Community Center, 331 High Street.

For children under the age of 18 a parent does not need to be present, but the child must bring a consent form signed by a parent/guardian to receive a vaccine. Blank consent forms can be accessed here: https://vaxinaterx.com/forms
Please bring your insurance cards (medical and prescription) and COVID-19 vaccination cards to the clinic. COVID vaccines are free for all regardless of insurance coverage. For those covered by Medicare please bring your red, white, and blue Medicare card as well.
