LYNN – The Essex District Attorney’s Office along with the Essex State Police Detective Unit and Lynn Police are investigating a fatal stabbing which occurred early this morning at 14 Chase Street in Lynn. The victim was transported to Salem Hospital and was pronounced dead. The victim is an adult male but a positive identification has not yet been made.
