Coach Kerri O’Connor post match comments, ” Best game play by Ipswich of the season. Energy and confidence was high the entire match!  Communication was strong and our team played smart – knowing their job and doing their job – and they did it well!  Abby Stanicek was a strong middle, placing her hits straight down in the middle of the court to earn us many key points. Lauren Kennedy was on fire with her blocking and made many kills by wisely placing the ball with either a hit, push or tip. Meghan O’Connor was an excellent defensive passer who wanted the ball and made perfect passes to the setter.  Mikayla Koerber and Haley O’Connor set a clean game. It was great to see the team progress today and take it to the next level – we will continue to push this hard with each new game.”
