GLOUCESTER – The newly-opened mainland side of Gloucester’s Stacy Boulevard is drawing rave reviews for it’s landscaped beauty, new railings, new walkway, new lights, and new seawall. A tulip festival will herald the official re-opening of the Boulevard on Saturday.
The island side of the Boulevard is in need of some repair, as it was not part of the recent renovation. Videos and photos of both sides of the Boulevard are featured below.
