PEABODY – (Videos) The Danvers Falcons (6-0-1) squeezed by the Peabody Tanners tonight 3-1 as memories of former Falcons coach Kevin Flynn were honored. Flynn passed away earlier this week unexpectedly at the age of 59. Both Danvers coach Steve Baldassare and Peabody coach Mark Leonard were former high school players under Coach Flynn.
Two goals by Rob Tibbets and a short-handed goal by Conor Purtell led the way for Danvers. The only Peabody goal was scored by Connor McCarron.
