Monday, June 9: State Legislature Weighing on School Vaccination Requirements…New Graduation Requirement Being Considered

MassDOT will be conducting overnight lane closures on Route 133 (Essex Avenue) in Gloucester starting Sunday, June 1 through Friday, June 13.

Location: Route 133 (Essex Ave) between Route 128 and the Essex town line

Time: Nightly from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Sunday through Friday)

This work is part of a pavement resurfacing project being performed by D&R General Contractors under a District-Wide Resurfacing contract.

Two-way traffic will be maintained whenever possible, but alternating traffic and detours may be used to complete the work safely.

Law enforcement and signage will be on-site to help guide drivers through the work zone.

Expect delays, reduce speed, and use caution when traveling in the area. All work is weather dependent and subject to change.
