A Peabody man who was reported missing over 2 weeks ago was found deceased yesterday in Beverly.
At approximately, 4:22 pm on Saturday, Beverly Police received a 911 call reporting a deceased male in the woods in the vicinity of 40 Woodland Avenue. Beverly Police and EMS responded and found a man, later identified as Daniel Donovan, 47, of Peabody. Donovan had been discharged from Beverly Hospital on January 26, 2022. His family reported him missing the next day after he did not return home and they were unable to make contact with him.
The Essex State Police Detective Unit is investigating, per protocol. Foul play is not suspected.
