BEVERLY – (Radio & Videos) Wakefield High School battled back several times in tonight’s game, forcing an overtime with Beverly and then winning in overtime 58-57 in a Division 2 MIAA Boys Basketball playoff game. Wakefield had four players in double digit scoring: Corey Imbriano 17, Tighe Beck 12, Kobey Nadeau 11, Andrew Auld 10. Imbriano hit a three point shot with 4 seconds to play in overtime to win the game. Alex McKenna’s defense was a key for the Warriors in stopping a key Beverly shooter. Beverly was led with 16 points from Luigi Derrane and 14 points from Sam Traicoff.
