Merrimack Valley Sports Desk: It’s mid-summer on the North Shore, and that means news from the baseball diamonds. We discuss the Sectional 4 Massachusetts Little League all-star tourney featuring Gloucester, Peabody West, Andover and Reading. This is the Sweet 16 of the Massachusetts tourney. The championship game is slated for Saturday, July 23 between the top two teams after Friday night.
