Meet Ben Goodhue – Beverly Teacher – North Shore Coach – Health Concerns Not Slowing Him Down – Radio Interview

BEVERLY – (Radio) This past Fall Ben Goodhue was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, a brain tumor, and has Goodhue, Ben undergone treatments. The tumor has been removed. He is currently a physical education teacher Beverly High School. He graduated from Gloucester High School where he played three sports, he played college football at Union College (Tight End)  and earned a masters degree at Springfield College, where he also coached. As a high school coach he has worked in Danvers, Reading, Beverly and currently coaches football in Marblehead, works with the Beverly wrestling team in the winter, and he is currently coach the Beverly boys freshman lacrosse team. He is well versed on strength and conditioning. In the radio interview, below, Goodhue shares many stories on coaching and athletics.
