Special Report: Marblehead’s Abbot Library Hosts Talking Trash for Clean Oceans – Listen to Program NOAA’s Keith Cialino Keynote Speaker

MARBLEHEAD – (Radio & Photos) Marblehead’s Abbot Public Library hosted an speaker / awareness evening Wednesday 2/24/16 providing information on the impact of trash in our oceans. The keynote speaker was Dr. Keith Cialino the Northeast Regional Coordinator, NOAA Marine Debris Program. Also presenting were Emily Flaherty and Jack Nessen from Salem Sound Coastwatch. Through Salem Sound Coastwatch several Salem students shared their local projects around reducing ocean trash.
