The Manchester Fire Department is pleased to announce the addition of our newest Full-time Firefighter/Paramedic, Phil Cicala. A resident of Manchester, Phil has served as a call firefighter in Manchester for several years while also working as a call firefighter in Essex and as a full-time firefighter in Wrentham. He is a certified Firefighter and Paramedic. After completing his training this week, Phil will be assigned to Group 2 beginning next week. Please join us in welcoming Phil to his new role, and we wish him a long and successful career.
