Manchester-by-the-Sea Police Report Third Arrest Following Stabbing

MANCHESTER-BY-THE-SEA — Chief Todd Fitzgerald reports that a third arrest has been made in connection with a stabbing in town earlier this month.

DEBORAH ISAAC, 54, of BEVERLY, has been charged with:

Kidnapping
Assault and Batter to Collect a Loan
Mayhem
Armed Assault with Intent to Murder
Manchester-by-the-Sea Police have been actively investigating, in partnership with Revere Police and Massachusetts State Police, after a man in his mid-30s was stabbed on May 9 in the area of School and North Streets in Manchester. Two other individuals were arrested earlier this month on charges associated with the incident.

Police allege ISAAC was the driver of the vehicle involved in the stabbing.

Massachusetts State Police obtained a warrant for her arrest directly related to the case and arrested ISAAC on Thursday, May 20. She was then transported to the Manchester-by-the-Sea Police Station for booking and was then transported to Salem District Court for arraignment that same day. She was held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing scheduled to be held tomorrow.

No further information is available at this time.
