Positive contributions from all Ipswich players across the field was demonstrated tonight. Maddie Wilson played the entire game in goal and kept her confidence high. She picked up multiple ground balls coming out of the cage and clearing wisely up the field. Hannah Herron had strong shots on goal, Kelsey Daly moved up to midfield for a majority of the game and did an excellent job off the draw, in settle offense and earning herself two goals. Glad to have another strong win as we continue to push our skills as we head to playoffs.

Indoor match at Bass River Tennis club timed match no ad scoring
Despite the weather we got the match in which was down to our # 3 Singles player Grace Condon duking it out against Newburyport’s River Sava(? spelling on Sava) in long rallies tied in games 6-4, 1-3 the Generals took the game that decided the match 6-4, 2-3 in our favor for a generals victory by one game. Another nail biter! Our #1 Ella Provost prevailed 6-0,6-1 and #2 Singles captain Mae Viccica persevered with a 6-4 , 7-5 win. Doubles matches fell to Newburyport’s strong doubles teams.
