Vitko was named the CCC Player of the Week, while Hill garnered CCC Rookie of the Week accolades.
Last week for the Gulls, Vitko averaged 20.0 points, 3.5 steals, 2.0 rebounds, and 1.5 assists as Endicott captured two critical CCC wins.
Vitko began the week with his strongest performance, dropping 21 points on 6-for-10 (60.0 percent) shooting, including five three-pointers. He also had three steals and a pair of rebounds against the Golden Bears.
Vitko nearly crossed the 20-point plateau again later in the week, with 19 points in a win against Curry.
He came away with four steals, three assists, and two rebounds in the game.
For the week, Vitko shot 50.0 percent (13-for-26) from the floor.
This is Vitko’s first career CCC weekly award.
Meanwhile, Hill averaged 11.5 points, 2.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 1.5 steals per game last week.
He had back-to-back double-digit scoring games, starting with 10 points against Western New England and contributed 13 more points against Curry.
Hill had a strong shooting week from the floor, draining 50.0 percent (7-for-14) of his field goal attempts.
He also contributed to the victories in other ways with five assists and three steals against the Golden Bears, and four rebounds against the Colonels.
