MARBLEHEAD – (Video-Radio-Photos) Malden Catholic Defeated Marblehead 46-43 to advance in the MIAA Division 2 North boys basketball tournament. Malden Catholic advances to take on Lynn Classical Tuesday night in Burlington. Marblehead trailed by 14 points, rallied in the second half and took their first lead of the game 41-40 with 2:08 to play in the game. Michael Boyd led Malden Catholic in scoring with 16 points. Marblehead was led in scoring by a 16 point performances from Patrick Bugler and Derek Marino. Bugler scored 13 of his 16 points in the second sparking the Magicians come back. 10th seeded Malden Catholic now 15-7 while #2 seed Marblehead falls to 20-2
