Republic Services suspended recycling pickup for this week (August 4-8).
Recycling drop-off at the transfer station will be Wednesday, August 6th, and Saturday, August 9th, from 8 AM to 3:30 PM. Please note there are usually no lines later in the day.
Republic notified the town that they are on schedule and picking up on Monday’s trash route. They will also service pickups they missed last week.
If you do not have trash pickup by Monday at 6 PM, send an email to dpw@ipswichma.gov with the full address in the subject line. Your address will be added to the pickup list for the next day.
No bulky items will be picked up this week unless we receive word from Republic later in the week.
