Lynn Classical 48 – Peabody 38 at Lynn Classical
Good NEC home win for Lynn Classical bringing us to 1 and 1 on the season. Sophomore Paris Wilkey with a game high 19 points led the Lady Rams. Senior point guard Chenysse Hill added 13 points, 4 assists and 5 steals. Classical led by 2 at half and by 5 at the end of 3. A strong 4th quarter with Classical outscoring Peabody 16-11 closed out the victory. A good defensive effort by the entire Lady Rams team held a very good Tanner squad to 38 points.
Hamilton-Wenham girls’ basketball coach Jon DeMarco reports, “Great win by our team tonight. 57-53 over Amesbury. As a team we hit 11 3-pointers and forced 20 turnovers in the win.
