BROCKTON – The St. Mary’s Spartans boys’ soccer team upped their overall record to 6-2 with a win over Cardinal Spellman High School tonight.  St. Mary’s coach Mike D’Agostino files the following game report:

Ipswich won 3-2 vs Essex Tech
25-23, 25-7, 22-25, 17-25 and 15-11
Haley O’Connor served tremendous the entire match – serving 16 in a row in the second set with 6 aces.  Lauren Kennedy, Audra Morrow and Ava Huntley each had playing time as middle hitters and earned multiple hits and strong blocks. Meghan O’Connor, Cam Henderson and Talia Kaplanian were solid in the final match with critical points to help win us the final set. Teamwork was shown by all and everyone played their role to win us the match.
