HAMILTON – (Video & Photos) Hamilton-Wenham led by just 5 points at the half against Swampscott but led throughout all of the second half in an opening round MIAA Division 4 North girls playoff basketball game. Final score: 45-32. The Generals were led by a 15 point /20 rebound performance from Cecily Szady (Jr), Elizabeth Kirschner added 13 points/10 rebounds, and Lauren Flynn added 7 points. Swampscott’s leading scorers were Olivia Matela (Fr) and Maggie DiGrande (Sr), each with 9 points.
