Halloween in Manchesterbythesea: Kids in Neighborhoods – Police Chief Todd Fitzgerald

MANCHESTERBYTHESEA – Youngsters in Manchesterbythesea will be allowed to Trick-or-Treat during Halloween in a couple of weeks, according to Police Chief Todd Fitzgerald; and they and their parents are being encouraged to stay in their own neighborhoods due to the impact of COVID-19.
