GLOUCESTER — Gloucester Police Officers arrested and charged three people with trafficking fentanyl, methamphetamine and cocaine as a result of a traffic stop that was conducted on Saturday morning. EGLISARD CELA, age 37, of PEABODY, was arrested and charged with:
HALEY HART-LABRIE, age 31, of GLOUCESTER, was arrested and charged with:
PAUL FAGUNDES, age 30, of SALEM, was arrested and charged with:
On Saturday, Oct. 18, at approximately 7 a.m., Sgt. Sean Conners was on patrol in the area of Harold Avenue, when he saw the driver of a motor vehicle acting suspiciously and initiated a motor vehicle stop. During that stop the driver, later identified as CELA, was found to be impaired. CELA was taken into custody at the scene. A subsequent search of the vehicle CELA was driving located a handgun, 1,626 pressed tablets of methamphetamine, approximately 97 grams of crystal methamphetamine, approximately 168 grams of Fentanyl, approximately 44 grams of cocaine, a scale, pipes, and approximately $4,000 cash. HART-LABRIE and FAGUNDES, who were passengers in the vehicle, were taken into custody after the scene after the vehicle was searched. Sgt. Joseph Balbo and Officers Jared Foote, Patrick Hunt, Kaylen Koller and Jason Quinn assisted at the scene. CELA, HART-LABRIE and FAGUNDES were all held without bail pending arraignment on Monday in Gloucester District Court. |
