GLOUCESTER – Outgoing at-large city councilor Greg Verga expressed concern over the lone bidder for the Fuller School Property in an MSONEWSports interview. According to Verga, the bid submitted at last Tuesday’s deadline was for approximately 20% of the property’s previously assessed value. Another concern is the bidder’s proposal for more than 150 housing units on the property.
