WINTHROP (Video – Photos) Peabody sophomore quarterback Luke Manglione threw three touchdown passes in Peabody’s 24-7 win over Winthrop. The three TD passes, (7 yards to Dorlyn Morel; 18 yards to Jayce Jean-Pierre, 50 yards to Eli Batista) The Tanners also got a 36-yard field goal from Dominic Scalese. Winthrop’s lone touchdown was the game’s first score on the Vikings third snap of the game, a 93 yard run by Robert Rich. Both defenses played well in tonight’s game. Peabody (6-0) will play host to Gloucester on Friday (10/20). Winthrop (3-3) will host Salem on Friday (10/20). Postgame interviews are posted below, with photos
