Manchester-by-the-Sea – Manchester has asked residents to voluntarily conserve water over the past few weeks due to the current drought conditions. Try to limit irrigation to early in the morning or later in the evening, when temperatures are cooler. Consider only hand watering from 5 PM to 8 AM.

Peabody Institute Library – Don’t forget that there will be Drop-In Crafts for kids ages 5 to 12 this Saturday at the South Branch Library! Take your kit home with you or put it together at the Library! All materials are provided and no registration is required. Craft kits are available while supplies last.

Lynn Police – Sgt. Mike Kelter held his final roll tonight under the watchful eye of Lt. Henry Wojewodzic. Both will be officially retiring in the coming days. Sgt. Kelter has been with LPD for 34 yrs & Lt. Wojo served for 29 yrs. We wish you both all the best in retirement. Congratulations!
