From Hamilton -Wenham coach Kerry Eaton:  Hamilton Wenham girls lacrosse won today again North Reading! We played a really good game, defensively and offensively. Our transition looked solid up the field to our attacking end and we did a good job defending NR’s transition.
Our leading goal scorer was Eliza Twomey. She netted 5 goals (on 6 attempts!) Bridget Marshall and Tessa Landon each had a hat trick and two assists. Sophie Frain and Katie Everitt each had two goals and Annabella Twomey had one goal. Sophie Frain and Annabel Howley each had three assists.
Sophie Frain was dominant on the draw, winning 9. We played two goalies, Brooke Pippins saved 8 shots and Callie Flanagan saved 4 shots. Our strong defense was lead by Kelsey Lyons, Katherine Sheehan, Maia Sprouse and Katie Ryan.
