City of Newburyport – Patrick Tracy Square is seeing more improvements this week as Edison lights are strung from the honey locust trees at the Park. This effort was made possible in collaboration between the Parks Department, City Electrician/DPS, and the Morrill Foundation.
Manchester by the Sea -Singing Beach will not have fully staffed lifeguards on the beach. A medical tent has been set up on the beach and will be staffed during operating hours until the beach operations close on Monday, September 5.
