HATHORNE – (Radio) William “Bill” Lupini, Essex Technical High School Superintendent of Schools, is just a 
month away from completing his first year on the job at the school. The former Beverly and Brookline superintendent of schools details in a radio interview how he sees the role of technical school education on the north shore in 2016 and the years to come. School opened for the 2016-17 school year on Tuesday.
