David BARKER and Efrain MONTERO were to be arraigned this morning in LAWRENCE district court on numerous breaking and entering and conspiracy charges in connection with a multi-state investigation into to ATM breaks throughout New England.
Michael CASTALDO, 25, of Lynn, was to be arraigned in SALEM district court this morning on Assault with Intent to Murder and 2 counts of Assault & Battery with a Dangerous Weapon (to wit a knife and baseball bat) in connection with an incident in the early morning hours of Sunday in which a 34-year-old Salem male was stabbed and beaten. He was taken to Mass General Hospital in critical condition. It does appear he will survive his injuries.
Timothy BROSNAN of Swampscott was to be arraigned in LYNN district court this morning on arson charges in connection with a house fire in Swampscott over the weekend.
ALSO – Edwin FLORES, 24, was arrested on Friday night in Manchester, NH in connection with the shooting death of Philip Russo on July 11th in Lynn. He has to be arraigned in New Hampshire first. I will let you know when he will be arraigned in Lynn.
