SALEM – Due to the restrictive guidelines set forth by Governor Charlie Baker’s efforts to contain COVID-19, many, if not most of the events during Salem’s Haunted Happenings have been curtailed or canceled. Despite that, Destination Salem’s Executive Director Kate Fox says there is still plenty to do for visitors to the Witch City, including dining at the many restaurants that are open, visiting the various shops and businesses in the city, checking out new exhibits at the Peabody-Essex Museum, and downloading the new Destination Salem app that has the complete event listings of what IS happening.
