SALEM – Salem City Councilor Conrad Prosniewski shared some of his thoughts and experiences during his visit with CONNECTIONS today. He spoke about his first full year as a councilor that coincided with the outbreak of COVID-19; reviewed a recent Salem City Council meeting about the connection among violence, social media, and police communication; and previewed the upcoming selection of the new Salem Police Chief.
