With rising energy costs the City will host its first ever Energy Savings Fair with community partners.
GLOUCESER — The City of Gloucester will host its first-ever Energy Savings Fair to connect residents with resources and information to help manage and lower utility expenses. Residents of all income levels are invited to stop by the fair, sponsored by National Grid, to speak with City staff, representatives from local organizations and National Grid Advocates to learn more about opportunities to reduce their energy bills. National Grid Advocates will be available to explore options and determine eligibility for assistance including:

Budget Billing

Arrears Management Program (AMP)
Along with the advocates, you can talk with representatives from several local organizations. Residents are encouraged to bring a recent National Grid bill, and a SNAP, MassHealth, SSI, or WIC benefit card or acceptance letter OR proof of income such as your most recent tax return or 4 weeks of pay stubs to help determine program eligibility for means-tested programs.
