BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott men’s lacrosse team upended Roger Williams, 22-8, in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Tournament semifinal round on Wednesday evening at Hempstead Stadium.
Max Kesicki (Katonah, N.Y.) scored a career-high six goals to guide Endicott’s attack.
Domenic Russo (Northborough, Mass.) also buried four goals, while Craig Claflin (Natick, Mass.), Jaden Elsinger (Richmond, Vt.), and Sam Abate (Beverly, Mass.) all found the back of the net twice to highlight the rest of the offense.
In goal, Tim Luciano (Westport, Conn.) stopped eight shots in 50:17 of action to improve to to 10-3 on the season.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Thomas Barker (Needham, Mass.) won a career-high 25 faceoffs on 28 attempts and scooped up a career-high 22 ground balls.
- Both figures rank second all-time in program history for a single game.
- Endicott produced a 6-0 run from the 4:33 mark of the first to 9:34 of the second to break a 2-2 tie.
- The Gulls also manufactured a 10-0 run (12-5 to 21-5) that spanned nearly a full quarter to put the game out of reach (9:33 in the third to 9:43 in the fourth).
- Endicott has won five straight dating back to April 20.
- The Gulls are 6-3 at home this season.

Endicott (10-5) will play first-seeded Western New England in the CCC Championship on the road at 1 PM on Saturday, May 7. Roger Williams sees its 2022 season come to a close at 9-11 overall.
