BEVERLY – Wednesday Evening Trash Update from the Mayor

BEVERLY – This is Mayor Mike Cahill with a Wednesday evening trash update. Today, Republic finished most of the regular Monday routes and collected a big part of the regular Tuesday routes, but not all. This means two things.

1) All regular Wednesday customers should put your trash and recycling out by 7 AM tomorrow morning, and Republic will collect it all as trash. Again, collection remains a day delayed right now, and tomorrow the regular Wednesday customers will be collected. The regular Thursday customers should not put anything out yet.

2) Tomorrow, Republic will first pick up all remaining regular Tuesday customers. According to Republic, they will pick up the following neighborhoods in the morning: School St., Cox Court, and Summit Ave. Also Pleasant St, Fayette, Edwards, Stone, Union, South Hardy, Cottage Lane, South St. and Phillips Court. Also, Colgate and Amherst Roads. I have also been told they still have not picked up Davis Road in Ryal Side, which we will direct them to. If they missed your street and you did not just hear me read it aloud, please e-mail me at mayorcahill@beverlyma.gov and I will try to make sure they also pick up your street tomorrow.

Thank you, All. I hope you have a great evening.
