BEVERLY – (Radio) The new Beverly City Council will hold their swearing in ceremony on Tuesday January 2nd at Beverly High School. Tim Flaherty will join Julia Flowers as two new member going onto the council. Flaherty recently held onto his election night win following a recount that gave him a 14 vote margin. Flaherty is returning to the council, having left the council in 2010.
