BOXFORD – As members of Masconomet High School football coach Gavin Monagle’s team, some have yet to participate in a Thanksgiving Day game. After missing a game or two due to COVID on past Thanksgiving Days, and changing opponents from time to time, the Chieftains (6-5) this year will be hosting the Bishop Fenwick Crudaders (9-2).
In the interview below, Coach Monagle reviews the season and reflects on Thanksgiving games he has participated in as a coach and as a player.
