BOXFORD – Although the Masconmet Chieftains (2-7) did not compete for a league title, coach Gavin Monagle is pleased with the progress the team has made over the course of the season. The team was competitive and especially tough on defense. With only a handful of seniors, the future looks bright with the experience the younger players gained.
