DANVERS – The St. John’s Prep Eagles (15-1) are co-champions of the Catholic Conference along with B.C. High (15-2). After a tumultuous week and following an important win over St. John’s (Shrewsbury), the Eagles host Hingham (16-1, ranked number 4 in D1) on Saturday to close out the regular season.
Prep coach John Pynchon has nothing but praise for the Harbormen and expects an appropriate challenge for his team heading into the state tournament, currently ranked number 2 behind BC High in all of Division 1.
