PEABODY – Despite a tough loss in Round 1 of the D2 MIAA football tourney, Peabody Tanners football coach Mark Bettencourt has confidence in his players’ competitiveness and ability as they continue to strive for a great finishing push to the 2022 season. The Tanners (8-1) head out to Westford Academy (6-3) for a 5 p.m. kickoff on Friday.
