PEABODY – The Peabody Tanners (7-0) travel to the Halloween Bowl (aka “Betram Field”) for a big Friday night game with the Salem Witches, who were (and maybe still are) upset by a last-minute loss to Winthrop last week. Tanner coach Mark Bettencourt has all the respect in the world for the Salem players, and, at the same time, he has great confidence in his own team, anchored by its strong line play.
