NEWBURYPORT – The Newburyport Clippers (16-4-1) are sailing into the D2 MIAA Tournament with consecutive wins over Lowell Catholic, North Andover, and Andover…the last 2 both 3-0 wins. The final game of the regular season rewarded coach Paul Yameen with his 250th career win, all at Newburyport High School.
The Clippers open up the tournament Wednesday at the Graf for a 5 p.m. face-off against #28 Dartmouth (12-8-0).
