LYNNFIELD – Lynnfield High School football coach Pat Lamusta, in his fifth season, has a veteran squad that is off to a 2-1 start. Starting with a win over Saugus, a close loss to Marblehead, and a rebound win over Ipswich, the Pioneers will finally return to Lynnfield this week for their home opener against Newburyport.
Coach Lamusta highlights some of his players and reminds us of how well Lynnfield alumnus Clayton Marengi is playing as the quarterback of the Endicott College Gulls.
